Flex-Lag Full Ceramic Pulley Lagging is the reliable solution for belt slippate problems that conventional rubber lagging often can’t correct. In fact, with 80% tile coverage, it features the highest coefficient of friction available in lagging materials - two to three times the friction of rubber in wet, muddy, or dry conditions. Also, a labor-saving cold vulcanization process makes on-site installation fast, simple and efficient.
Features and Benefits
• Easy to use. The in situ installation of Flex-Lag eliminates the need to remove the pulley from the conveyor system, meaning less conveyor downtime.
• Works on a Range of Pulleys. Flex-Lag Full Ceramic comes in strip widths from 34" (850mm) to 103" (2575mm) to match up with pulley face widths or 18" (450mm) to 84" (2100mm) to match up with belt widths. • Available with FRAS approved rubber. The Flex-Lag Full Ceramic are available in both natural and FRAS (Fire Resistant Anti Static) rubber. Other special options include Nitrile Oil Resistant and various thickness options.
