High Strength and Longer Life
-- Rugged, 300 stainless steel design is abrasion and corrosion-resistant and has a long life for severe, heavy-duty applications.
--Self-setting rivets accommodate belts 1/8” (3.2mm) to 7/32” (5.6mm) thick and 3-1/2” (88mm) minimum pulley diameters. They can be applied to all types of baler belting, including used belts.
--The connecting pin is designed for long life. It is a large diameter (0.140” or 3.6mm) hardened spring, stainless steel material.
The Alligator Rivet splice is easier to install and less costly than other competitive brands. And, without ever removing the belts from baler, field installation is quick and easy with only the portable application tool and a 1lb. hammer.
